What is a hard-shell chamber?
A hard-shell chamber is a fully enclosed, medical-grade chamber capable of reaching higher pressure levels than soft chambers. This allows for a more immersive and consistent oxygen experience in a quiet, controlled setting.
What happens during a session?
You’ll recline inside the chamber as pressure is gradually increased. The experience is calm and uninterrupted — many clients rest, meditate, or simply disconnect during their session, you can watch your favorite netflix show too.
How long is a session?
Sessions typically last 30–90 minutes, allowing the body time to absorb and utilize oxygen efficiently.
Is HBOT safe?
Yes. When administered by trained professionals and following proper screening protocols, HBOT is considered safe. Our team will guide you through preparation and remain available throughout your session.
What does it feel like?
The experience is gentle and relaxing. You may feel light ear pressure, similar to air travel, which usually resolves easily by swallowing or yawning.
What should I wear?
Clients are asked to wear:
- Comfortable, approved clothing
- No jewelry, electronics, or flammable products
Our team will provide all necessary guidance prior to treatment.
How will I feel afterward?
Many clients report feeling:
- Clear-minded
- Rested yet energized
- Rebalanced and refreshed
Some benefits may be immediate, while others build with consistency.
How often should I do HBOT?
Frequency is personalized. Some clients enjoy occasional sessions, while others integrate HBOT into a regular wellness or recovery routine.
Who should not do HBOT?
HBOT may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, including untreated lung conditions, specific ear or sinus issues, or severe claustrophobia. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns.
Is this a medical treatment?
HBOT offered in our wellness practice is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
